    3. Compliance with FCRA: I understand that Cuddle Time will comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws in conducting background checks. I acknowledge that I will receive a copy of the report and a summary of my rights under the FCRA if any adverse action is taken based on the information obtained.
    4. Accuracy of Information: I certify that all information provided by me in connection with my application for employment is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statements or omissions may disqualify me from consideration for employment or result in termination if discovered after hiring.
    5. Ongoing Consent: I acknowledge that this consent form will remain valid throughout my employment with Cuddle Time and that additional background checks may be conducted during my employment as deemed necessary by the company.
